2015 | Client: Periódico Provincia
The Journal Provincia of Michoacán wanted to renew their website because they managed a blog that had many problems of loading, design and functionality.
We created this site that raised their presence on the web in a few months. We started by analyzing their method of work to see which tools they needed for publishing in a comfortable and functional way.
They also shared their requirements for advertising spaces and above all wanted a homepage that could change at will.
On this basis we developed special tools for the newspaper with our content management system Pixelit.
We created a design system for the newspaper web image and developed a responsive site so that it could be viewed and navigated correctly on all devices, which also reflected improvements in their visits.
It was carried out a brief campaign to relaunch the site for which we did the promotional images and teaser page. Finally on April 6, 2015 it was released the brand new news site for one of the biggest newspapers in the state.
During the subsequent months, we incorporated special sites as Copa América, Gold Cup and Elections. We worked in monitoring the site and SEO work to improve the site's positioning in search engines. We also created the animated bumper for their videos.
All this work was performed until October 2015.
